The assigned GR date of requests must be transferred to the budget start date. In addition, the specified vendor no. must be overwritten from the quote comparison in the vendor no. column of the budget. This action is to be started with the function "Transfer to calculation " in the Quotation comparison menu.
- The requirements have been implemented.
  - In the view "Project budget lines view purchasing " the vendor number from the "Purchase request " has been transferred.
  - The "Confirmed delivery date" from the "Purchase request " has been transferred to the "Project budget lines view purchase " as "Start date ".

If a supplement is calculated in a HOAI costing within a service screen where the value of an existing calculated line (e.g. ancillary costs) changes, the values in the existing sales documents (quotation, blanket order) are incorrectly updated when registering.
This has been fixed.
- When adding service profiles in another HOAI approach, the ancillary costs in the existing blanket order are adopted correctly and not increased by the values of the new service profile.

Details

There are items in the project budget to which postings are made. When posting times, two project items are always written. The consumption item with the resource and a sales item with the other service. In individual cases, the billable quantity in the sales item had more than two decimal places. This then led to rounding issues when invoicing.
- This has been fixed.
  - The rounding method (billable quantity) and the rounding precision (billable quantity) can be set in the units of the item or other/service.

Currently, components for an item are only permitted in the project budget if the procurement method of the item or other/service is set to "assembly" in the master data. However, it must be possible, for example, to plan an article for which the sales unit code differs from the purchase unit code in such a way that the article with the sales unit can be planned in the item and the same article with the purchase unit can be planned in a subordinate component.
- This has been fixed.

If the new VK price calculation is activated, the following error message appears in the project budget if there is a matrix field calculation for the budget line in question.

This has been fixed. The recalculation of the sales price is executed without errors if a formula has been set up in the Field value calculation matrix.
