Details

• When transferring order proposals from the project, the quantities must be rounded to the lot size rounding factor, e.g. 0.5m pipe in the project, 5m in the order proposal if the lot size rounding factor = 5m
  • This has been solved.
    • When transferring from the project budget to the order proposals, the lot size rounding factor from the article card is taken into account accordingly and the quantity to be ordered is entered in the quantity field according to the lot size rounding factor.

• Under heading 4, item 4.1. has been inserted as a group (Res.). This should not work.

  • This has been fixed. The combination of Line type = "Position " and Type of number = "Group (Res.) " is not possible and the message *You have selected "Group (Res.)" in the project "Project number", position in the "Type of number" field. selected. The "Line type" must therefore be "Component".

• If no annotation is set for a correction request, it does not change the check status of the line to error. As soon as an annotation is set, the status is also set correctly.
  • This has been corrected.
    • It is no longer possible to send a correction request without filling in the "Request " field in the Employee correction dialog. The "Request " field must be filled in before sending.

  • This has been fixed.
    • If on the Project card in the Other tab - "Freely definable item no. " = Yes was activated and an existing item number is inserted in the Project budget, then the error message appears that the number is already in use.

• The project storage bins are only created when the customer places an order. It would be nice if a function were available afterwards to update the project storage bin on each line.

• In the old system we were able to output the accrued hours from the time recording booking as excel, but unfortunately we have not yet discovered this in BC. Can we also output the hours as excel in BC if the hours have not yet been booked?

    • In the project budget "Project budget lines - Purchasing monitoring view", the values from the purchase order are visible in the columns *Requested goods receipt date (purchase) *and Confirmed goods receipt date (purchase)
