    • The booking of hours to the stored general projects should not already take place for future days, but only at the end of the day or the last booking on the day.
      • The requirement has been implemented.
        • If general projects are assigned to an employee, it is not possible to record future times to the general project. The assignment of general projects only works on the working date in the past. If a leave request has already been entered in a general project in the future and this is canceled, the assignment to the general project is also deleted and this day is not assigned to a general project in the calendar (if the date of the entered leave is before the working date).

      • This has been fixed.
        • Procedure:
          1. open search
          2. enter "Basic settings"
          3. select "Project - Determine basic setting ZE"

          4. enter Start period and End period in the mask
          5. in Filter: Employees, select the employee(s) for whom the basic settings are to be redetermined
          6. Confirm the entry with **OK
          7. The Basic settings are then redetermined

    • There are currently problems with the calculation of active users per license type. The License type field on the User always seems to be set to Full user regardless of the license type (Essential, TeamMember, Premium). As a result, there is currently no differentiation in the calculation between Full Users (Essential, Premium) and TeamMember. The assignment of Users to the License Plans takes place in the User Plan table. However, this is blocked for access via extension. An alternative solution must be found here
      • This has been solved so that the calculation of active users per license type is correct.

      • This has been fixed.
        • The status filters can be set without an error message. When creating a new project task, only projects with the status Completed are displayed, a manual entry of the Project number in the status Completed is possible.

      • This has been resolved.
        • The start date from the project budget is transferred to the purchase order worksheets in the due date field for subsequent processing and then to the purchase order in the requested goods receipt date field.
