• When entering a measurement, I have entered the document number manually and receive the following error message "There is insufficient memory available to execute the function. This may be caused by recursive function calls. Please contact the system administrator. "
  • This has been rectified and it is now possible to enter an individual task number by activating the Manual no. function in the number series.

• When entering incoming invoices, the project number is not copied from the header; if the project number is entered repeatedly in the lines, the error message appears: "You have changed the "Project No.. Would you also like to change the "Purchase price without VAT"? "
  • This has been fixed.

• The data from the employee is displayed in the project team. This is not permitted under data protection law.
  • This has been fixed. The personal data from the employee card is not visible elsewhere if the Data protection lock has been activated in the Employee card in the General tab.

• After creating the alternative address code in the contact card, it is not pulled for subsequent processing when selling to alternative address code or invoicing to alternative address code.
  • This has been fixed.
    • If an alternative address code has been stored for a new company contact, it can be found directly when creating the project on the Project card in the General tab - field: "Sales to alternat. Address code " - can be selected. After selection, the "Sales to customer address ", "Sales to customer zip code " and "Sales to customer location " fields are filled in on the General tab. In the tab Invoicing - Invoice to, the alternative address code can be entered in the field "Invoice to alternat. Address code ", the alternative address code can be entered and then the fields "Invoice to address ", "Invoice to zip code " and "Invoice to city " are filled with the information from the alternative address code card.

• After hours have been imported, they cannot be booked. The cost center stored in the resource is not pulled in the purchase order. The default dimensions are ignored.
  • This has been fixed.
    • The changed information of the dimensions from the PML book sheet is taken over and processed correctly.

• When posting the expenses of a resource, the unit code is changed from PSCH to STD after posting
  • This has been fixed.
    • When setting up the units of the resources, please make sure that PSC is NOT checked in the "Linked to base unit" column.
