Set Up Number Series for Project Blanket Orders

This section describes how to set up a number series for project blanket orders. To do this, proceed as follows:

  1. Open the search (ALT+Q) and enter PMS Setup.
  2. Click on the corresponding search result.
  3. The PMS Setup page is displayed.
  4. Under the Numbering tab, in the Proj. Blanket Order No. field, expand the dropdown menu.

  5. You can choose between the following options:
    • From Nos. Series: Use this option to specify that the default number series should be used for sales blanket orders.
    • Project No. + Counter: With this option you specify that a number series consisting of the project number and an additional counter (for the generated blanket orders from this project) is used.
